The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of an immediate change in traffic control at the intersection of West Main Street and 10th Street in Jefferson County.
A new stop sign will be installed on West Main Street today. This update is intended to improve safety and accommodate the new two-way traffic pattern. Warning signs will be in place to alert drivers of the change. After the conversion of West Main from one-way to two-way traffic, the entire intersection will operate as an all-way stop.
Additional updates regarding traffic impacts will be shared via KYTC District 5’s weekly Roadshow report. More information regarding the project can be found online at mainremade.com.
